Shipping and Delivery
1. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package on our website.
2.How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Additionally, we offer worldwide free shipping on orders over $49.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Can I return or exchange my lingerie?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Payment and Discount
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
2. How do I use a discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order. If you want to use multiple codes, we recommend placing separate orders. For free shipping on orders over $49, this discount is automatically applied at checkout and does not require an additional code.
3. How do I use store credit?
Our store credit is linked to the email address used to sign up, so if your recent order was placed under a different email, the system won't recognize the credit at checkout. Please double check when placing order.
